Your data on thesignup

You have the right to view, correct, export, or delete the personal information thesignup holds about you. Use the options below.

View your data

Most of what we hold is visible to you when you sign in:

Account , your name, email, contact details, notification preferences.
Hosting , events you have organized.
Attending , events you have signed up for and what you committed to bring.

Edit your data

Update your name, email, contact info, notification settings, and event visibility from account settings. Events and signups can be edited from their respective pages.

If something needs correcting that the UI doesn't expose, email support@thesignup.app.

Export a copy of your data

To receive a machine-readable copy of the personal data we hold about you (account info, events you organized, signups you submitted), email support@thesignup.app from the address tied to your account. We aim to respond within 30 days.

Delete your account and data

Account deletion is permanent, your events, signups, and personal information will be removed or anonymized within 30 days, and you will not be able to recover them.

To request deletion, email support@thesignup.app from the address tied to your account. We will confirm before processing the deletion.
